At last I am free of my ED

Dr Irina,

I have to apologize to you I really didn't think the program would work. You see I had been through all the treatments and nothing worked before. I got to the point where I was desperate as I have a little boy and I know he needs his mom.

I was so worried something would happen to me and he would be all on his own, I just couldn't risk it, what mom would. So I took the chance to get the program and it really worked. At first I could not concentrate on doing it, my mind was just racing all the time, but I got to the part where William explained how to stop that happening and it changed everything.

Now I know I will be around to look after my little boy, he is so beautiful and I am a very proud mom.

Thanks also for all the help you gave me when I was really struggling. Without the counseling at the bad times I am sure I would still have the anorexia now. I just watch what I eat and like you said, I will never get fat if I have balance.

Your book has made all the difference

Thank you for sending me your book. I have had this problem for 36 years bought your book and I am doing really well with the advice you have given in book.

I am finding it has helped so much. If I find I start getting bad again I put into practice what you have said about being positive and taking a step back and using the impartial spectator.

I am also making sure when I eat to have protein with each meal and this is definitely helping.

Thanks again for your book I cannot say enough on how much it has helping me I thought I was going to go to my grave with this addiction now I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have started reading your book and just want to say how very thankful I am to have found your resources. Thank you for doing this work...you just have no idea how very grateful I am to have found something that provides hope for this horrible problem (bulimia).
